Bill Doyle, Jr. – Founder & Managing Partner
Bill Doyle brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, and asset management to Equity Oak Ventures. He has held senior leadership roles directing the sourcing and execution of transactions across multiple property types, with a particular focus on industrial and commercial assets.
In addition to his work with Equity Oak Ventures, Bill serves on the board of American Capital Management (ACM), a $4 billion SMID investment fund based in New York City. He earned his degrees from Stanford University and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, establishing a strong foundation at the intersection of finance and real estate with an extensive network throughout the Bay Area.

Eric Lupinski –
Managing Partner
Eric Lupinski brings more than two decades of institutional real estate experience to Equity Oak Ventures, with expertise across the full deal lifecycle including acquisitions, strategic repositioning, and leasing. His background spans a broad range of property types, with a focus on creative and Class A office assets in California’s innovation-driven markets.
In addition to his role at Equity Oak Ventures, Eric is a licensed California real estate salesperson. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Denver and values the long-standing relationships that support his disciplined and execution-focused approach.
